Recipe:
4 Portobello Mushrooms
Salt
Pepper
(Smoked) Paprika
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Worcestershire Sauce
Montreal Steak Seasoning
Sauce:
1/3 Cup mayo
2 tbs prepared horseradish
1 tbs Dijon mustard
Salt
Pepper
Cooking Instructions:
Roast mushrooms for 25-28 mins at 375. Toast bread of choice, spread with sauce and add handful of fresh arugula. Top with crispy fried onions. Enjoy!
